| Royal Canin Puppy 33-Is this normal? Hi ya'll, I posted about a week ago telling everyone how much Lola LOVES this new food. one problem though, I've been mixing it with her old food <Eukanuba Small Breed Puppy> but she is only eating the Royal Canin, she wont TOUCH te old food. I have heard it isn't good to switch their food all al once, but to gradually introduce it, which I've been trying to do, but she wont eat it, and her stools are a little runny and kind on light brown....Is this normal? Is she just trying to get use to the food? Should I stop feeding her the Royal Canin? |

| Royal Canin puppy 33 is the only thing I can get my dogs to eat. They are adults now, so I tried to switch them over to Royal Canin Yorkshire. I wasted $11.00. I keep trying to incorporate it, but they just pick out the Yorkshire and only eat the puppy. I think it's probably OK to go ahead and switch your baby over to totally puppy 33 since that's all she's eating anyway!!

| When I first got Sissy and bought the Royal Canin Puppy Small Bites for her, she wouldn't touch the old food. So, I just gave her what she wanted and I didn't have any problem with the complete switch. Hope it works well for you, too.

| I tried mixing in some Merrick crunchies with Jaxon's Royal Canin and he actually picks them out and won't eat them. I think you'll find her poops improve over a couple of days.

| I have been feeding Diamond Royal Canin Puppy 33 and she loves it. The breeder also fed this to her too so that could be why. I also heard that it's better to keep them on dry food if possible because it is better for their teeth. The wet food can affect their teeth in the long run. I would just continue to give your pup the Royal Canin and stop giving the old food...wait 3-4 days and see if the stool improves. Diamond always had solid stools with Royal Canin and she has never had a problem. Good luck!
