| Sweaty Paws Moe has began to have a new phenominon occuring , his paws smell like sweaty feet! Like been to the gym sweaty stinky feet! I am not really sure what is causing it, as it's new, but one thing I noticed is...Teddy's paws smell this way too....Sassy is the only female and the only non sweaty smelling doggy paws in our home...is it a male /female thing? I would like to make it clear I don't go around smelling doggy paws, but with jumping up and wrestling about you certainly can't miss the wiff.

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | Fritos LOL...can it be because they are stepping in their pee after they go potty. I noticed the smell once with Lex and I have been mindful now to groom the hair growing between the pads so the pee doesn't get on the hair as much. I haven't noticed it lately.

| hmmm It may be , but I doubt it with teddy anyways, as he is free running in the Yard, don't walk in his be, raises his leg and goes...now Moe, yes he takes every chance to walk in his pee, but I do keep his feet clean and trimmed....still the sweat smell persists.....nothing like a urine smell its deffinately sweaty.

| Just smelled my dog's feet (I'm sure we're all doing this now!) And, his feet just smell like dog hair - like the rest of his body --almost no odor at all. And - the hair around my pup's feet is long and totally "ungroomed." Carol Jean |
