| For all those PICKY eaters! For all those PICKY eaters! Since I have joined this website and brought home my little bundle of joy all I have seen is how picky these darn Yorkies are when it comes to eating. I have tried almost everything for food. I just wanted to tell you all that I finally think I found something he actually likes. I have him on the MERRICKS puppy plate wet food. He still refuses to eat dry but I am still working on that. I thought you all would like to know so that maybe you could try the Merricks puppy plate food if you had a picky eater as well. I have also bought him the dry kibble and he will take a few bites and thats it so hopefully soon he will be eating that more regularly as well.

| when we first brought Buckeye home. He would not eat anything. i bought various brands of food. so i started giving him the food we eat. that was a big mistake. a trip to the vet because he was vomiting blood. the first thing the vet asked me was "what are you feeding him?". we put him on science diet small bites. he has been on that ever since. he ate it just fine. but ... i think the problem in the first place was a change in homes. this was his first attempt to wrap us arund his little paw. it worked!

| my picky eaters have become good eaters since switching to Merricks last fall. I feed them the Grammy's Pot Pie and they love it. Before that I had tried Royal Canin, ProPlan, Wellness, etc, you name it we tried it! They would only eat it if I mixed in boiled chicken and then they might just pick out the chicken. My husband would even eat the kibble to encourage them to eat it, but they would rather starve! Now I just plop it down twice a day and it's gone within minutes. Sometimes I'll add a bit of warm water to make a gravy but that's just a special once in a while treat. Since switching to Merricks both of them have gained a few ounces (which they needed) and now everyone's happier. FYI my husband says the Grammy's Pot Pie tastes delicious, lol! |

| Bella eats Merricks Puppy plate dry. She really likes the wet Grammy's pot pie, but doesn't care for the Turducken. I have other wet flavors still sitting in my pantry. I hate how the wet food dirties her face. I switched her from Eukanabua small bites puppy kibble. Her poo doesn't smell as bad and I think she itches less . |

| I agree the Merricks did make his mouth dirt after eating because it is so gravy like but I just wipe him down afterwards. i will pretty much do anything at this point to make him eat and he has gain a few ounces as well since switching so I am okay with that. :-) if you are looking for the food you can go to the web site posted @ www.merrickpetcare.com and you should be able to order from there or you can find a store near you if they have one. Good luck!
