| Ear cleaning I was wondering, how do you guys clean your yorkies' ears? And what kind of product is used? I just bought R-7 ear care, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't using something that will be harmful in the long run. Heard too many bad stories about Hartz and Greenies products, so I'm trying to be more careful about the kind of brands I buy. Thanks for any suggestions. |

| R-7 is good. I clean ears only when I see excess wax. I don't want to strip the outer ear of wax's natural benefits.

| I wouldn't clean the ears all the time only when there is a build up of wax. I have never had to clean my two's ears. Sharon,Charley & Melody xxx |

| We asked our vet about it recently and he said not to clean her ears. That most likely they would never need to be done.
