| worried sometimes when my 3 month old puppy looks up at me, her head will start to shake and she falls backwards. it looks like she gets dizzy or something. she walks, sits, and runs around fine, though. did this ever happen to your yorkie? i'm really worried. |

| Have you discussed this with your vet? You might want to bring it up. It doesn't sound normal.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I would definately ask your vet. Can you pinpoint a time when this is most likely to happen ie after not eating for awhile, after eating, after playing hard. Is she real small and are you feeding her 3 times a day? Just thoughts.

| my vet said to feed her only 2 times a day, as much as she can eat in 20mins during those feedings. and it happens most of the time when she sits and she looks up at me, no matter what she has done. she's only 4lbs right now. i'm going to call my vet.... |

| Please let us know what the vet tells you. Has your baby done this since the day you got here? I sincerely hope your baby is ok.

| so i started thinking that maybe i'm not feeding her enough, because of patti's comment. thank you by the way. now i feed her in the morning, leave some food out during the day, and then dinner. she's actually stopped with the falling over! i'm so happy. i think she wasn't getting enough energy from eating. i guess i can't always depend on what the vet says. |

| I don't agree with your vet on feeding her twice a day and then taking it away from her unless she is a real pig. I free feed mine and she is 12 weeks today. These aren't labs, they are yorkies, they burn up a lot of energy playing but their tiny tummies can't hold very much. |

| feeding I feed 12 week old 3 to 4 times per day. SHe needs to eat more often, perhaps 4 small meals as oppose to two larger ones. |
