Nylabone edibles? I bought new Nylabones for the boys today and in the combo pack there's an edible one which they've never had before. Has anyone given them to your dog and if so are they o.k.? They aren't anything like Greenies...are they?

Brady loves Nylabone Edibles, it's me who hates them...they make a huge mess and I'm always worried she may choke so I watcher her like a hawk. Unfortunately I can't find the non-edibles nylabones anywhere! She's never been ill from the edibles but I still limit her play time with them.

Thank you Brady's Mom. I'm so scared of one of the boys choking or, now with the greenie scare, ending up with some kind of obstruction from a 'non' natural food that I've become a bit obsessive...maybe. I've always been able to find Nylabones at Pet Smart and PetCo with no problems. Do you have either one of them near you?

Rocky loves the Nylabone Edibles. He has not had a problem with them, but I do take it away from him when it gets small.

We have a PetSmart that used to carry the trio pack etc but now all they have is edibles, I think I'll look around on line for the other kind...

Pixie loves 'em! She isn't much a chewer, so one will last her quite a long time. I just toss 'em out once they get to be little stubs.... Nylabone makes some kind of edible that you can microwave... They puff up really big and turn into more of a biscuit than a chew (reminded me of stale crunchy bread kinda). She went NUTS over it. I think it was a potato flavor or something....

Brady's Mom...I found some online at Petco.com but the Petsmart site didn't have much. I bet Foster & Smith might have some too. | |
