| I read somewhere you're supposed to do it at ten months for small breeds and one and a half years for large. I could be wrong.

| a few people from this forum and another forum i go to said it's okay to switch them a little after a year. mine are 1 year and 3 months and on Innova EVO. |

| My vet said you can switch them anywhere from 10-12 months. |
