| Pet Fooled? I'm sure that many members have watched the documentary called "Pet Fooled". What are your opinions on it? I found the documentary very informative and eye opening. I was speaking to the breeder we will be purchasing our puppy from. When I asked what she fed her pups, she said that she cooked lean meats and eggs for her puppies. She also free feeds Royal Canin. She does not support a raw diet due to the risk of parasites. Before watching Pet Fooled and speaking to my breeder, I admittedly thought that cooking for a dog was unnecessary. Now I feel that a cooked diet is probably best for dogs as long as the animals are getting all the nutrients they require. I don't want anyone to be offended about my viewpoints as I am not taking shots at owners who choose not to prepare food for their dogs. I'm just sharing my decision. |

| There is a thread about it. I think it's very biased. If you do homecooking you must get a recipe from a vet nutritionist and a supplement.
