| Started Cytopoint So Callie got her first Cytopoint injection! Her first injecting happened to be my first time giving a shot too and I could not have had a better patient! She is so very chill. We are very excited to see how this works. She did have yeast on her paws so she is on a anti fungal medicine right now. We go back in two weeks for a recheck and if no itching we will buy a full vial of the Cytopoint and I will be giving her, her injections at home. We hope to come off the apoquel and the pedcid she has to take with the apoquel because it upsets her tummy and bit. Really excited and hope this works!

| Cody just came off his Apoquel and got his first shot of Cytopoint, he's due for his next one Aug. 7th. It's great that you can give Callie her shots at home, it takes so much stress of them having to go to the vet.

| Woohoo! Good girl, Callie. I get nervous giving shots! So you're brave haha! I dogsat for a dog with Diabetes so I had to give him his insulin and once you get the hang of it, it's a piece of cake. I hope it works out for you!

| My dogs are weird they love the vet lol. Callie wags her tail like crazy and is happy to see everyone. The only place she gets really scared is the orthopedic surgeons office and she shakes like crazy. Callie has been to the vet a lot with her health issues and my vets office is great like if she has to stay all day for a test she gets to hang out with whoever is doing office work. But it makes Joey very upset when she leaves even though he is with my grandma and Penny so it works good for him. She's such a good girl so it's easy to do that kinda stuff with her, they don't even have to hold her to take blood she just sits patiently.

| Yeah it was pretty easy but it's a cold liquid so I was worried it would hurt but she didn't seemed bothered. It's good practice too and now my vet knows I can do shots so when I'm looking for a job she might hire me

| Update: Even with the yeast on her paws she has only messed with her paws twice since our shot! It seems like it's working! I'm so excited!

| No I doubt that I don't even think that is a side effect. It's sounds like a very bad ear infection.

| I go along with ear infection also. My boy had no side affects from Cytopoint, he is 6 years old. Hope Ava's ear clears up fast.

YT 500 Club Member | Sammie just got a shot today of Cytopoint and I hope it helps He chews his feet all the time. Now this week he has started to itch his belly and made it raw. I heard the cytopoint takes a few days to kick in so she gave him apoquen for three days. |
