| Flea protection My Buttons only weighs 3.8 pounds so far and he has managed to get a few fleas. Our vet says he can't use nexgard, which is what their office recommends, until he weighs at least 4 pounds. Just wondering what everyone else uses on their small babies? |

| I swear by K9 Advantix II because it not only kills but REPELS fleas and vermin. That is so important because many terriers have strong allergic reactions to flea bites so even if the fleas die after they bite, the damage is still done to the dog. K9 Advantix II has a formula for dogs 4-10 lbs which should do fine with your "Buttons" |

| Cali is 3.8 pounds and we use Revolution. Works well for her. I keep a couple Capstar pills around. Because sometimes at the trials or hotel rooms we see a couple fleas on other pups for just in case situations.
