| Merrick Dog Food I'm in the process of changing Gidget from puppy Eukanuba (tomorrow is her lst d/b and I'm wondering if any of you have tried/fed your furbabies Merrick and if so what blend. |

| That's great! I know Merrick is a high quality kibble brand, but I don't have experience on the blends. We only use Merrick Texas Hold em's Lamb Lung Fillets Treats. Hopefully someone else can give you some comments though.

| The best thing you can do is look into how and if they do any research on there food and any feeding trails and how they are done. A lot of holistic company's do not and that's a bad thing. Research is very important and have vet nutritionists on staff is another important thing. I personally am not a fan of Merrick. I prefer Royal Canin or Hills because they back their work and do everything they should to ensure you are doing what is best for your pet. My teacher has toured one of Hill's facility's and its amazing. I actually am thinking about looking into a job there.

| Have done some more research and I'm leaning strongly toward Hill's. Will probably buy it when Gidget finishes the bag she's using now. Thanks for your imput. |
