| Yogurt!!!!!!!! Is as natural as you can get. I know women in the past that have used it on themselves. Does she need probiotics to get or keep her system balanced? |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I'm not aware of any "shot" that can help w/ a fungus, which is what yeast is. Are you talking about the Simplicef shot...? If so, that's anti-bacterial and will not help w/ yeast. If I was dealing w/ chronic/ongoing yeast, I'd be asking to treat w/ Diflucan x 3-6 weeks. And I'd supplement not w/ yogurt, but with probiotics like Dogzymes from Natures Farmacy.

| My moms dog was having this same issue. The vet put her on meds, a medicated shampoo he carries, an ear wash (her ears were full of yeast), and switched her to a science diet food. I can get the names from her if you would like. Maggie is a new dog! She has improved so much.
