| Primal freeze dried nuggets I am currently using Nature's Variety Instinct freeze dried mixer to add to my pups' food. They both love it, but I was thinking about also trying some Primal since there are more flavor options. Nature's Variety only has 3, and the primal is about the same price. I'm just curious if this would work well for a mixer? Are the nuggets easy to break apart and mix with the kibble? I know a whole nugget would be too much to mix with their food. Would love to hear from those who currently use this or have in the past! Thanks! |

| I use Primal freeze dried as my main diet and crumble the nuggets apart before I rehydrate them (and sometimes I give them as treats dry). They are very easy to break into pieces and I think they should work well mixed with kibble. Some flavored are easier to deal with than others, but they all are able to crumble and break apart. |

| I have used the Primal freeze dried, although I usually use (and my dogs prefer) the frozen nuggets. The freeze dried are easy to break apart and convenient to add water to. We use them when we travel. Diana |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I feed the frozen Primal nuggets, but do use freeze dried for traveling - and I love them!
