| My baby Jilli Ann isn't feeling well. Jilli Ann has been coughing more frequently now and it sounds deep. She goes to the Vet. in the morning for a check up and x-ray on her trachea. This is how my Zada started out with collapsed trachea. I'm very worried, so please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

| Jilli Poor little Jilli, so sorry she is coughing. Hope the vet visit to tomorrow does not discover anything serious and that she can be made better soon. Prayers she will be fine and she will not have a repeat of Zada's problem. Please let us know how she is. Hugs. |

| They drew blood and took x-rays but sent them out, so won't know anything until tomorrow. Waiting is so difficult so my house is getting a thorough cleaning. I always clean when upset or worried. Will let you know the results of Jilli Anns test tomorrow.

| My Barney has CT. I found that giving him a therapeutic dose of omega 3s has taken the edge off his coughing. Good luck.

| I am sorry you are going through this...hopefully it is not CT. One thing I can tell you is that if you get a negative xray that is not conclusive. The only way to conclusively diagnose CT is with a flouroscopy and the radiologist usually does it and reads it on the spot. CT can be diagnosed by xray IF the trachea collapses at the time of the xray. Hope this makes sense. Hopefully she just has a URI and it is not what you fear.

YT 2000 Club Member | dog I took ole Spud in to the vet because he had a cough and the vet said it sounded like a reverse sneeze. I wish I would have taped the sound so he could hear it. It went away. It was hot and humid here and I think he was bothered by the heat. I hope your little Yorkie will be ok. I am glad you are going to the vet. |

| Got some news back today and it doesn't look very good. First off she has early TC. Next, the left side of her heart looked larger than the right so they will do another x-ray. More tests are being run on her blood, but so far it looks like a gastro intestinal disease. However, I looked that up and she doesn't have any of the symptoms of Addison's. They will run the tests in 6 more weeks. She will go for a week or two eating really good, then all of a sudden won't even bother to even smell her meal and will not eat a bite all day. She has always been that way. She has never had diarrhea in her life, and has only vomited two times. Doesn't sound much like a sick puppy, but I will continue to have her tested because something just isn't quite normal.
