| Canidae Dry Food I'm not new to this site, I just couldn't log into my old account so I created a new one. But I'm posting this because I want to know if anyone has had any recent experience with Canidae Dry Food, specifically the Grain Free Pure Sky-it's the one with Duck. My little Nola is almost a year and a half old, and it doesn't seem like she likes any of the food I have tried with her. I started her on the Blue Buffalo Wilderness for Puppies. She did okay with that, but when she was a year old I knew I needed to switch her to an adult formula. So I tried Wellness Core because I wanted to start her on a new type of food, but she started to get tear stains, and I thought it was from the food (I found out later that was not the case). I switched her to Merrick Grain Free Beef which she HATED! After that we tried Solid Gold Barking on the Moon, which seemed to constipate her. I went yesterday to Petco and bought the Canidae, and she has thrown up twice! Has anyone else had this experience? It has to be the food, but I don't know what else to try with her. She seems to be SO picky! I'm going to call Petco and see if they can take the food back because it is making her sick, but now I don't know what to give her!! Any Suggestions?! |

| I used Canidae for my GSP for a while but it was too rich for him and he always had really soft stools. When I put my boys on the food they currently eat, Blazer threw up a few times and the vet said that it was probably just taking his little body a little longer to adjust to the new food. As long as Nola seems fine otherwise, give it a little bit of time and see what happens.
