| Could it be the water? My sweet baby girl has a sensitive stomach. Before we adopted her she was living with my brother. From day one she has been on well water until she came to live with us. I have always given her the same tap water we drink unless the water has lots of air then I give her bottled water. I know there is some different opinions about science diet but it improved her sensitive stomach but it flares up from time to time. Yesterday she was sick 7 times but seemed to feel like normal. Today she is fine. We are very careful about what we feed her. She was doing so well we had started trying new fruits and veggies as treats. She has stayed with my mom several times and has never gotten sick at her house. They also have well water. I don't know what to do. I just want my baby to be able to live a normal life. She looks so pitiful after she gets sick like she did something bad. I would never get on to her for getting sick. It breaks my heart. Any advice would be great. I'm willing to try anything.

| I'm not a vet, but I only give my Cali Gerber Pure with no sodium and no fluoride. I started this to help with her eye drainage and stayed with it because in general it seemed healthy. Probably best to check with your vet.

| Hmmm... odd. We have well water (and us humans don't drink it, it tastes yucky, has a metal-like taste to it), but Jackson doesn't seem to have a problem. I will fill up his water bowls with our leftover water bottles when we have them, but sometimes I just forget to buy a big jug and he drinks from the sink water, but it's not caused an issue thus far. It could be the water though? Edit- I think you are saying the tap water is possibly upsetting her stomach, not the well? That could very well be too... sometimes city water is also kind of gross. I agree that I would try buying bottled water, you can get those big jugs for 99 cents, and see if it improves.

| I would doubt that it is the water unless you have some unstated problematic water. If she is still getting sick that frequently then the AD has not helped her stomach that much. Have you checked the ingredient list on the food? Does it sound like something you would feed a dog? The FDA has made it legal for large companies to sell bad and rotting foods to pet food companies to be made into food for our pets. If your dog is getting sick that often she is unable to handle what you are feeding her. |

| We are going to start at square one! Bottled water for Kiki & keep a food diary for her. I will be taking a closer look at all of her labels & slowly reintroduce different things to her to see if I can narrow it down.
