Zuke's is now part of Nestle Purina Chase and Calvin love the Zuke's treats, but I don't think I will be buying them anymore Zuke?s Partners with Nestlé Purina PetCare - Zuke's ? Healthy, Natural Dog Treats and Treats for Cats And this is from their Facebook We are very excited to announce that Zuke’s is now part of the Nestlé Purina family. This change brings with it greater support for our retail and distribution partners, as well as exciting new opportunities for Zuke’s and you, our valued pet parents. • Zuke’s will continue to be run as an independent company, by the same people in Durango that you have always trusted. • Ever...y treat and chew will be made in the same facilities in the USA. • Our top-quality, natural, wholesome ingredients will be sourced from the same suppliers. • Every recipe will remain the same, or be improved, but will never be compromised. • Zuke’s treats will continue to be sold exclusively in the same pet specialty, online and natural grocery retailers where you find Zuke’s. To put it simply, our passion for pets and the products we provide has not, and will not change. We will continue to be the brand that you trust, providing treats that help keep your pet healthy and happy.

I'm just so surprised they would do this. I'm so tempted to go to the pet store and stock up, but I don't want to support Purina at all and I'm assuming that I would be....Oh well, there are other good safe treats that we will buy instead from now on that my boys also love.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Darn! I just ordered 5 bags off Amazon. They are the only treats my girls get.

You will be fine with the ones you bought from Amazon. Usually any big changes won't show up for a year anyway, but the ones you purchased off amazon are obviously not while they were under Purina ownership. I am considering stocking up on Amazon. But who knows. I might end up still buying them anyway. Jackson really likes the rabbit ones.

Yeh having worked at a top notch name brand food factory for many many years and seeing it bought out , striped down and cheapened to what it doesn't even taste like before, it's sad. But all about money. Just watch your ingredient labels . Might keep the "old" bags just to compare every now and then. I liked zukes too....

I wonder if they're surprised with how many angry posts they have on Facebook? I haven't seen a single one that was positive. I will buy the Soft and Chewy Grain Free Buddy Biscuits and Sojos cookies instead of Zukes, that's what I was rotating them with anyway. It just stinks they did this, I didn't expect it at all.
