| Is it bad if I wash my puppy everyday? Recently I've been having to wash my puppy daily because he gets his poop all over himself and his pen when I'm not home. Is it OK to do this? |

| If he's getting poop on himself, you really don't have a choice but to wash him. You don't want him to stink and have poop on him. My two sleep with me and sit on the furniture, they would get a bath everyday if they got poop on themselves everyday. I don't have an answer as to how to solve the problem of him getting poop on himself, maybe someone else does.

| How about making his pen area bigger & setting the potty area away from the front? Wonder if that will keep him from stepping on his own poopie. Just make sure you're using a a good dog conditioning shampoo or a conditioner so his hair & skin doesn't dry out.

| I've haven't been using any shampoo or conditioner so that I don't damage his skin. His pen area is already pretty big and he goes potty where ever so he doesn't use the specific potty area we have for him. |
