| First dental? So Joel is almost 2 and I'm wondering when he should get his first dental. His teeth have been brushed almost everyday of his life so I think they're pretty darn good, so should I do it know or wait longer? |

| Your vet should be able to tell you if he needs one or not. I would not get one if he does not need one.

| Huey turns 5 in Feb and hasn't had a dental yet. I asked the vet at his last checkup and she said he didn't need one yet, that his teeth looked great but we will reassess at his next annual checkup. As you know, he chews on toothbrushes constantly, so that has really helped.

| His last checkup they said his teeth were fine but showed me some spots I've missed and I've been doing it really good so I think I will wait |
