| Worried mom I've been feeding my baby louie who is 12 wks old blue buffalo for small breed puppy formula well should i say trying too. he hates it I went to my local dog groomers and got sample packets of diamond,dr gary's,wild wilderness and he hates all of them also. what he goes absolutely crazy over is my large breed dog's food. which is purina one large breed formula. he needs his puppy nutrition I just can't seem to find a kibble he likes. what seems to be your favorite food that your babies seem to like?? |

| I went through the picky puppy stage with both my boys! Thankfully they both grew out of it by the time they were about a year and a half old. I tried so many foods, and the first kibble I found that Chase would eat was Nature's Variety Instinct (I don't remember what protein it was). Calvin was a bigger challenge, but he liked the Royal Canin Yorkshire Terrier puppy food. |

| Have you tried soaking the food in hot water letting it sit for a few minutes and then draining the water and giving it to him? Some pups like there food a little softer.

| I'm not a Purina fan, so I don't know their offerings. Do they make a Purina One puppy formula? If he likes the large breed Purina One, maybe he would like a puppy formula or all life stages formula that is similar. When Maggie and Lilly were pups, we fed Nature's Variety Prairie chicken and brown rice formula. It was all life stages and they did well on it. Now we use Horizon formulas and Fromm formulas. Maybe try Fromm Gold Puppy formula, or one of their Four-Star formulas that are all life stages?

| I have gone through many dog food brands as Buster was very picky and so was I. I supplement his fresh food with Kibble and he just loves the Amicus small breed. Amicus | Horizon

| I feed Nature's Variety Instinct raw. Yes its a little expensive but my puppy absolutely loves it and to me that's worth it!

| I had a very picky girl that absolutely refused to eat processed dog food no matter how it was prepared. I am feeding raw food from Darwin's and I haven't had an issue with pickiness or runny/bloody poops since. She absolutely loves her raw food. I also started out feeding Nature's Variety Instinct raw before moving to Darwin's. |

| I'm having the same problem. No matter what I put in front of Gunner he won't eat. He isn't losing any weight, so he must be nibbling on something, but it isn't his food. He started out on RC, won't eat that, so I bought wellness puppy, won't eat that. I'm at my wits end. He loves dried turkey hearts (too much), so I'm going to cut down on those when he goes out to potty. I've also tried several canned meats, nothing...

| Hope is a very picky girl! The only way I've been able to get her to eat lately is to add a couple billy jack crumbs in with her food! Then she inhales it! |
