What to mix in dry food? Ellie rarely eats her RC dry, I've been putting warm water and parm cheese on it and she liked it but is now getting tired of it, she's so picky! I would love to hear what other people put in their kibble to keep it interesting!

Boil an egg and mash it up. Only mix a small amount. No salt or anything in it. Boil some chicken or next time you cook set aside a piece when your cooking with no seasoning. Alot of food I make a small portion for Moki no seasons ans put in the fridge. Just mix small amounts. I don't use cheese to fattening. He eats toooo much

Picky one! It is frustrating when they go off food, I know!! The trouble is every time you add a 'goody' to get them to eat, they first depend on it and then tire of it and need something else added. Grrrrrr! My dog stands there if I miss the 'seasoning' and waits until I put it on, the little monkey. I have found that adding a little bit of treat or a valued food to the kibble will usually work. If not, perhaps he has gone off the kibble (another issue, lol!) or may not be that hungry?? Although if they did not like the kibble they would not eat it at all? Good luck!

Good ideas, it's very frustrating how fussy she is! I've boiled chicken for her in the past and mixed it with green beans or peas and she eats all around the veggies and just eats the chicken! Haha

Houston we have a problem, LOL! Perhaps she needs a taste of the medicine some people had as kids from mom.........if you don't eat what I give you I will take it away until next meal, etc etc! Sometimes when I make my boy wait and tease him a bit, or put the food down and take it away if he sniffs and leaves, he will eat when I finally give it to him. They are surely manipulators of us, their servants. :-)) Hang on there!

I think you're right, I have a spoiled yorkie!!! Haha I've read about taking the food away and then putting it back down, it's worth a try, like my vet said she's never seen a dog starve themselves haha!

My boys used to be picky, but by the time they were a year old they turned into little piggies! I put Grandma Lucy's in with their breakfast, and a spoon of canned (Weruva, Tiki Dog) in with their dinner. They will eat their kibble without anything added, but they love it and I like doing it They also get frozen Kongs on the days I work with Honest Kitchen in them.

| You could make some home made chicken broth (no onions). Let is sit overnight in the fridge and remove the fat at the top of the container. You can then dilute the broth with water. Add a couple tbsp to the kibble.
