| Advantix and the tick! Ok I have a question. I treated Callie with Advantix II last Thursday well this afternoon I found a tick that was very full and had been sucking on her for a little while at least but it was dead. I thought the Advantix was supposed to kill them as soon as they bite but this guy was very full. Does this mean the Advantix is not working?

| According to the box of it I just purchased at Petsmart, it says that first of all, it REPELS them & then kills them within 10 minutes. We're having tick problems here too, so I sure hope the darn stuff works like it claims! Maybe it takes less than 10 minutes for them to get full????? |
