| 12 week old yorkie puppy not eating during the day I have a 12 week old female yorkie puppy. I work during the day and I leave both wet and dry food out for her. I notice she will eat the wet food in the morning if I put some on my finger, and she does the same in the evening. She will eat a little of the dry food here and there in the evening. But, I notice she doesn't eat much while I am at work. She is not acting lethargic, she runs and plays all throughout the evening. Is it normal/ok that she isn't eating during the day? What do you recommend I do? How can I get her to eat more. I have been feeding her he nutro natural puppy development wet and dry food. Any suggestions would be great. |

| You can take about a tablespoonful of Gerbewr baby chicken, add about 2 tablespoons of hot water and mix it up and pour it over a little of the kibble....you are softening the kibble and you are adding a surprise of chicken "suace", which most of them love! Give baby a couple more weeks to get an appetite for dry kibble.... |

| I have a 12 week yorkie as well they are so precious. Anywho ... You could try mixing the two. I feed .jpeg nutro as well and mix it with a few bits of wet food ( well enough so he can not pick through it) and tats what he es in the morning. The rest of the day he gets dry food. |

| She may not be eating as much during the day because she's not as active as in the evenings. If you have time before you go to work, maybe try to schedule a vigorous play time with her, even if it's only 15-20 minutes. That might stimulate her appetite a bit.
