YT 2000 Club Member | Aggression Can certian dog foods cause anger issues? Tucker has been on Sd for about a month ( no bashing plz on the food) and about two weeks ago he has started to growl, snap and go after the cats and his buddy my toy poodle. I couldnt. Even put her in the kennel with him last night because he was being so nasty, they have always shared a kennel. Other than that hes been fine. Eating, pooping, playing fine. No signs of pain. Oh and hes been barking at everything, very terriortal. Hes 4 years old, fixed since he was 4 months old. First time ive had issues like this. So i was wondering if it could be food related? Thanks

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I've never heard of that but I would maybe ask your vet if it could be from the food. Good luck!

| I can not imagine commercial dog food would cause this....but then, I remember a co-workere that said "in the old country, we used to feed the dogs gun powder to make them mean".......I am NOT advocating anyone do this, just thought I would mention it because of a possible connection with foods causing anger????? |
