Yorkie Yakker | Moody Stella? Hello! My yorkie Stella is going to be one on the 16th of this month. She is hyper most of the time but she seems like she goes through occasional mood swings. What i mean is she will go a month or more and be hyper every day and then go several days and be lazy all day long and act like she doesn't have any energy. Also she will consistently eat her food for a week or so (1/4 cup twice a day) And then out of nowhere she won't act like she cares about the food for a day or two but is still her normal hyper self, no real change in her behavior other than the lack of eating. I was just curious, is that normal? I mean i know people can fluctuate in energy from time to time and appetite and such so i was just wondering. |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Is she spayed? If not, some females can have odd 'moods'. When she is lower energy, what does she do if/when you were to go to her and try to get her excited to play, like w/ a fave toy?

Yorkie Yakker | yes she is spayed She doesn't really have interest in anything when in one of those moods. She just acts bored. The last time she did it was a little over 3 weeks ago. She has been crazy and hyper ever since. It isn't the first time she has done this. She did it a couple of months ago in September or october and i took her to the vet and spent 90 dollars just to have them tell me they couldn't find anything wrong. lol |
