| shipping problems now WRONG DOSAGE?!! (anybody need revolution?) i am beyond pissed of right now because i ordered a 12 month supply of Revolution for a 5-10lbs dog and guess what i get?? 12 months supply for puppies/kittens under 5lbs, not only that but when i ordered i picked next day shipping so i was suppose to receive it Saturday but checking my tracking number it was shipping by ground so i had to wait till monday. im LATE on meds and this is a reallllll pain in the ass for me right now since EVERYONE is closed because of the holidays. and the thing that bugs the heck out of me is that the label on the boxes says REVOLUTION FOR DOGS 5-10LBS!!!! how can they read that label and stick it on a 12 months supply for puppies under 5lbs?! you don't screw around with stuff like that, i understand its the holidays but i really don't need lil pests on my dog for the holidays!!!!! it sucks when your depending on something and end up being right back where you started. i don't want to open it cause i'd rather just sell it and buy it locally because shipping it back and forth seems like a whole other mission since they couldn't get it right the first time. yes i could still probably use it like my husband said but whats the point of having a 12 months supply if i have to use twice as much for one month $200+ down the drain, thank you allvetmeds.com it was my fault for switching from DF&S, so pissed at myself. didn't mean to rant but i had to get that out, ugh! does anybody need a 12 months supply of revolution?

| Wow, you sure are pi$$ed and I don't blame you one bit especially when you do all the right things and then a so called professional company messes it up...I'm sorry but I would not let it go at this point...get on the horn with them Wednesday and blast em.....which by the way your very good at, even in text!

| Call them and send it back. They need to to take care of their problem, you should not be out this money. That's why most things I do get at the Vet, I may pay a little bit more, but at least I know what I am getting. So sorry this happened to you.

| Wrong order I agree, call the company and get a refund of all costs including shipping. You should not have to take the rap for all that money. Good job you read the label especially if one package was correct. So sorry you had this annoying thing happen. But do complain or they will do it again. Merry Christmas, hopefully flea free. LOL! |
