| Apparently deer antlers is the best. I give greenies and bully sticks but they are fetting some concerning negatives, making me reecaluate them.

I learned that at a pet Expo) Himalayan Dog Chews Or Buffalo Flossies from canine caviar... Canine Caviar has lots of healthy Buffalo chews... http://mycaninecaviar.com/products/ |

| I don't give Peanut any chew items any more. He was getting sick from them- My vet said bacteria can live on them and make your pup sick, so I stopped- The moment I stopped is the moment he forgot about them! He also hasn't been to the vet in MONTHS!

| i only give bully sticks and they are the small oderless ones.. i throw them away after two or three days when they are almost 3/4 gones. i dont let them sit around for the above listed reason lovespandp but also if they get to small they are a choking hazard.

| Only chews I like to give are bullsticks from bestbullysticks.com Callie would die I think if she didn't have her bullysticks. They are digestible unlike some chews.

| I let Tibbe chew on his rawhide rectangles that he plays with and hides every single day of his life but won't let him chew orr or swallow any part of it. When he starts chewing, I move him to my lap, watch & hold and let him chew until he's got a part ready to pull or bite off, then trash that one. He gets so mad but I don't care! I don't want a piece of that stuff in his gut maybe getting lodged or something so he just gets to chew a while until they are soft on the edge. He loves to chew but his tummy has been iffy this year so I don't want him swallowing anything into it but his food. At night, I collect all his chews around the house where he's hidden them, including in the cushion crevices and throw them away and the next day we start out with new ones from the bag. He thinks he's getting a new present every day, getting 4 or 6 poured out for him and he one by one gets them and runs all over the house hiding them and usually saves one to throw and chase, bait me with. I wish he could just be turned loose to chew to his heart's desire and bite, swallow and all that but he can't so we have to make do.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I only give Merrick bully sticks to Joey, they are made in the USA and still haven't had a recall on their bullysticks.

| We use the himilayan chews. Lexi didn't like them at first, but I can't do the smell of the bully sticks. I even ordered the odorless ones from bestbullysticks and I think they were worse. So I sent them back. Lexi will also chew on a sock tied in knots. She really goes at it. I watch her when she chews though, just in case! The antlers seems too hard for her. The himilayan chews are a bit spendy, but they last a long time. |
