| Started Peanut on Canine Caviar! Thanks to Theresa (RileyDC) we are able to pre-try Peanut on the CC wild ocean Grain-Free Herring & Split Pea! I gave him about 1/3 of a cup last night and he licked his bowl clean! This morning I gave him his daily 1/3 of a cup and he already started munching on his kibble- which Peanut hardly ever eats in the morning so I am taking that as he loves it! I love how small the kibble is!! I really hope he does well on this food- I am so over having an itchy dog because of food!! -- Crossing fingers & Paws!! --

| I hope Canine Caviar works out for Pnut... Luckily we haven't had to deal with allergies yet, but there have definitely been a couple brands that my two weren't into. It's hard finding a perfect food!

Senior Yorkie Talker | It is awesome that he is eating! Although fish based foods are not good for our pets. They have a higher salt and mercury content. But if it is the only thing he will eat, then at least he's eating!

| I wasn't aware that they added salt to the fish in pet food. It states the sodium content on the bag, CC Wild Ocean has .46% max sodium. Open Sky (the one I'm feeding, which is duck) has .23% & Buffalo has .2%. The difference is a lot! So what's the accepted sodium range? I haven't really paid any attention to the sodium in their food...now it's got me all curious!
