Senior Yorkie Talker | Turns out she actually vomiting..... So ....... I was distraught because Gabby was peeing everywhere in the cabin (on vacation). I just couldn't understand why she was doing it with us in the room with her. Then as we were getting ready to take the kids swimming , I caught her in the act. She had been vomiting all day not peeing. Then I was really distraught! So I stayed in the cabin with Gabby praying while everyone else went swimming. She acted perfectly normal but I knew she could get dehydrated quickly so I kept giving her a little water at a time waiting for it to come back up and planning a trip to the vet the net morning. It was night by then. She had drank water from a mountain steam and my son gave her bits of hotdog so I felt sure it was from one of those but I watched her closely. Apparently by the time we realized she was vomiting, she was on the mend because she didn't get sick again. The next day, I noticed she kept going over to where her bag was in the corner sniffing around but didn't get into the bag (almost appeared to be asking). It dawned on me that her treats were in the bag so I pulled them out to find that it was opened and almost empty. My husband discovered a stash under the cushion of her bed. Apparently it was to many treats that made her sick . That little girl put quite a scare on her mama!
