Kong Stuff'n Ziggies?? I bought these before I got my little Emy and haven't opened it yet. She doesn't even play with her little Kong at all. Was wondering if anyone had tried these and are they ok to give? They're the treats that you stick into the Kong, but they are long.

Toki has a couple of kongs...she doesn't really enjoy the ziggies...they're okay to give but I just thought that even the small sized ones were so big and they seem nutritionally "empty" I guess. And such a large amount for her to eat! What have you tried putting in the Kong to get Emy to play with it?

nothing...LOL...but she's such a chewing fool, if shes awake she's chewing something, so I thought she would at least mouth it or something...but no...she loves the skinneez, she shakes them all over. She loves Zuke's soft training treats though, but they are too small to put in the Kong, they would fall out. After reading the ingredients on the Kong Bag, and reading everything on here, I don't think there's anything that good in those Kong treats anyway. So I probably will just chuck 'em.

Awww! I would put some kind of kibble in the bottom half and pack the top opening with some canned food or some the of the Kong Stuff'n (I got a yogurt one and a cream cheese one or something several months back during the holidays) and then I'd stick a small treat on the top of that and freeze it...Toki really loved it! Those things are so dang small though! I got them thinking it'd be nice to put a meal in it for her but I can only fit a couple tbsp of kibble in them! Even less in the small one! But when you put something sticky on the outer opening like canned food, peanut butter, etc, it helps prevent tiny pieces of kibble or treats from just falling out so easily. I have a couple of the Kongs (small and medium) and the Wobbler. Toki likes them a lot although we haven't used them a while.

We just have the regular kong. What i do is put a big piece of fruit in the bottom to stop it up, then fill with chopped up fruit (and sometimes cheerios) then melt peanut butter, pour the pb in the kong until its full, and freeze it to harden the pb....Jaeger loves those.
