YT 2000 Club Member | Wellness, Scared, What To Do Now Mags and Jazzie are on the Super 5 Mix Complete Health Small Breed, but with all the recalls and now Wellness being on the list to, and being lied to by a Wellness Employee, I no longer trust the company, and who knows if the one I have Mags and Jazzie on will be recalled in a few days. I'm scared. I don't know to do, I just spoke with Wellness, and the guy assured me that Diamond doesn't make the brand Mags and Jazzie are on, but when all this started, a lady there also assured me on the phone that Diamond only makes 30 pound bags of Wellness, none of the others, but now in the recall, it's the 30 pound bags, the 15 pound bags and the 5 ounce samples. Mags system can't handle fast change at all. The first time I tried to put her on the adult formula (a few years ago) she ended up in the ICU with IV's in her. This year, I finally got her switched to the adult formula, but it took me 4 months to do it safely so her system could handle it. I've got half a bag of their food left and that is not enough to safely switch Mags to anything else. So worried and scared here. Anyone know of a dog food with very comparable ingredients to the Wellness Super 5 Mix Complete Health Small Breed Formula that I can try switching them to and praying for the best outcome??

| I'm sorry I can't help you, but I hope someone else will see this that can.

| I'd look for a simple formula. I love Canine Caviar - never fed their kibble though, just cans. But they seem like a truly fantastic company and their ingredients are very simple - I've heard of dogs who very easily switch onto them. And Wellness Super5 is kind of a "busy" food so if she was eating that fine, a food like Canine Caviar, or California Natural would probably be fine.

Canine Caviar - Canine Caviar Pet Foods Catalog for Dogs Also, I've been VERY pleased with the Acana Singles line (but Jax doesn't have any known allergies, or issues) but the Lamb & Apple and Duck & Pear formulas are very limited ingredient.... Champion Petfoods | ACANA | Our Products

| We just switched to Fromm 4-Star Nutritionals. I am starting with the whitefish & potato formula, but plan to rotate the other formulas too. My dogs are used to a rotation though. I was rotating the different TOTW formulas but decided to get away from TOTW on the advice of the store where I buy their food. You can contact Fromm via their website and they will send you a $5 off coupon in the mail that is good for any size bag. It's not grain free, but considered a low grain food and seems to be highly recommended.

| I've been hearing lots and lots of positive things about Fromm recently. I've never fed the food, but if Sasha stopped eating her current food or if there was ever a severe recall on it then Fromm would definitely be a food that I would look into. I'm feeding Sasha the Blue Buffalo Wilderness line. I honestly don't think it would work too well for your baby especially with your little one having such a sensitive tummy. Blue Buffalo is a very rich food and not a lot of dogs can handle it. Maybe look more into a line that has a limited ingredient diet, might be a little easier on your little one's tummy. |

| The guy at the store where I buy the food told me the fish formula is pretty easy on their digestive system and thought that might be a good one to try to start out with. I got the whitefish & potato formula and it has been working out so far. I may try the chicken ala veg next time. My dogs are not real sensitive to food changes though.

| Fromm does have a grain free line of foods. There are 4 different flavours. My puppy loves the Salmon Tunalini! He has been on it a week and has not any digestive issues at all. This grain free line is rated 5 star. |

| We are doing well on the Acana Singles Lamb & Apple. The boys love it. Too much even! LOL On our 3rd bag since the recalls first began.
