| itchy skin Can anyone suggest anthing for itchy skin? My little 11 year old guy is scratching ALOT. I have tried some of the sprays and nothing seems to work. I have checked and he does not have any fleas. We live in Fl and I have heard several other dog owners say their pets are having similar problems. He has pancreatits so allergy shots will not work due to the cortozone. thanks! |

| It could be a staff infection so you may want to pay your vet a visit. If it is just due to a reaction to shampoo or conditioner, you may want to try some oatmeal based dog shampoo and conditioner. Oatmeal really will soothe the skin and ease the itching.

| Tropiclean Oatmeal and Tea Tree Shampoo I use Chris Christensen products.... [the Day to Day or the Spectrum Ten...] but when Riley started getting environmental allergies, last year the Vet told me to get some shampoo with oatmeal in it. I bought some Tropiclean from a pet boutique. I Looooooove It!! They have several different ones. The one I used was the medicated oatmeal w/tea tree. I would Highly recommend it to anyone. | Have you tried Revolution on him? Mites and noseeums can cause severe itching.
