| Frontline Plus from Amazon??? Is it ok to purchase Frontline on Amazon?? It's the best deal I've found and need to purchase a supply of it for the winter (we use K9 Advantix in the summer, but Frontline works fine for us when it begins getting chillier). Just didn't know if it should be alarming to purchase from Amazon... I've purchased lots of things from there and been happy but did not know if "meds" were different. I obviously get the heartworm meds from the vet. Amazon.com: Merial Frontline Plus Flea and Tick...

| Where exactly are they coming from? usually even though you are getting it from amazon, you are purchasing from a specific store. There are a few places I would probably trust getting it from. Just be sure to check your vet as well first, many run specials where you buy so many, get some free- for example at my vet it is buy 6, get 2 free- and it ends up being a really good deal without the risk and hassle of buying online.

| After seeing the pictures from the FDA of knockoff/fake Frontline Plus that is being sold, I decided to pay the price at the vet's office. I understand what you are saying about it coming directly from Amazon, but who is their supplier?

| Anyone know about PetShed? Pet Shed - Pet Supplies at Discount Prices! I may just order from entirelypets again even though it'll cost $10 or so more. I trust them and have ordered from them before w/ no problems.

| I purchase mine from Drs Foster and Smith.... I am probably going to get it from www.centerpetpharmacy.com from now on. They are a client of ours, at work. It is the first pet pharmacy in DC.... on Wisconsin Ave. |

| There's over 1000 reviews and it's got 4 stars. Seems okay..., but read the reviews first.... I'm a frequent amazon purchaser and their customer service is great. If there's any problems, I have no doubt that they will fix it for you.

| Don't forget...those who purchase from their vet can use this coupon from Merial: http://frontline.us.merial.com/web_coupon.pdf Buy 6, get one free. I have no idea if it works at Drs. Foster and Smith.

| Personally, I will never again purchase anything that is not from my vet like that. I have told on here before about Mandy, my little schnauzer we lost from cancer in 08. I had bought Frontline from Petco when they first started selling in the petstores. When we put it on her we had gone out to eat and was not gone for more than an hr. or hr. and 1/2. When we got home, she was dragging her back legs and could not stand. The vet told me the meds were different and to never buy anything like that again if it did not come from your doctor. Lesson well learned. |

| I ended up with EntirelyPets. I've used them in the past for Advantix and was happy so just stuck with them.

| I have been buying my Advantage from 1800petmeds and or Doctors Foster and Smith websites for a couple of years. They put on some good sales during flea season so I buy from one or the other. It has worked great and comes from the same company as the stuff my vet has sold me for twice as much. I have also purchased prescription meds from 1800petmeds rather than buying the meds directly from my vet. It's same as finding a pharmacy to get your human meds from. Some pharmacies have better prices than others. I would never buy from anyone who sold products from China. There are also some sellers in Canada that have much better prices than anything in this county for humans and animals. I believe in buying quality products and I also believe in shopping for the best price. |
