| Any good hard chew treats? My Sampson eats only human grade food. His tummy freaks out if his diet is changed at all. It is a soft food and I am worried about his teeth given the propensity for Yorkies/Silkies to have soft teeth. I want to give him something treaty to chew on. He is very choosy so it would have to be tasty Thanks in advance for your input. This is what he eats daily. Human Grade Canine Cuisine Inc. |

| I give my girls these, their teeth are much cleaner and their breath smells way better now! They have sensitive tummies, too, but these don't seem to bother them at all. A little expensive, but worth it, as I know that they're safe for them and well tolerated Zuke's Z-Ridge Original Fresh Breath Dental Bone Mini 15pk They also come in other flavors, carrot and cranberry. My girls seem to like the mint ones the best This place is the cheapest I found too.

| Does a certain ingredient set him off? What foods did you try before? Just trying to figure out what things need to be avoided. His teeth should be brushed daily.

| We loved the Himalayan chews but one of my girls would eat an entire one in a few hours. So now, we use antlers and they really like having those to chew on. |

| the best thing for teeth is to be brushed daily. Remember anything too hard can break teeth- one of mine broke his tooth on a himalayan chew and it was a 1000.00 dollar adventure- so nothing I would do again. Mine like the get naked chews- but they aren't super hard, they can chew them in a few minutes. How about nylabones? or a filled kong?

| We use bully sticks and himalayan chews too! I just used another type of chew that was a softer (and cheaper than bully stick) beef chew but I forget the name of it (Britster do you remember- we got it last time we were in Annapolis) |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | I have Nylabones for Taycie, although they are not her favorite. I have tried other chews but they just end up upsetting her stomach... so I just like a good old fashioned toothbrush the best I am a little crazy.. I brush morning and night. But it works for us!
