| Tick yard sprays It seems this is going to be a bad tick year. They make yard sprays that they say after a certain amount of hours when its completely dry it is safe for pets. We did this spray a couple of years ago and everything was great. Well we want to do it again this year but I have noticed Callie every once in awhile will eat grass. Well if the yard drys and then she were to eat grass either that day or next week would it poisson her? I am worried she is going to get sick from all these ticks I am pulling at least one off every other day I feel so bad for her.

| TrueGreen lawn care was at my house today for our tree/shrub treatments and I ask about flea/tick treatments. He said the have a flea/tick application that is 1 times or can be up to 4 times for season if you prefer. I will get the 1 times treatment for a little reasurance and hope to keep the critters down. The rep that called me said Zhoie needs to stay off the grass for 45 min to an hour, but guaranted safe.

| What meds do you have Callie on? Jackson is actually on Frontline still (but this was our last dose, I wanted to use, we'll be going to K9 Advantix for the rest of the warm months) but I have found no ticks yet on him in the past few months (he got a few in December when he was not on meds but none since).

| Wow! Yeah, that is CRAZY. We have that issue if we don't use the meds and last year while on Frontline he was getting quite a bit (when he got Lymes), but I don't think ever once a day. Ugh, ticks are GROSS!

| As a neighborhood we have a company that comes out 3x in the warmer months to treat ticks. some of the neighbors have stopped treating but foruntately I am in a row of 5 houses that still do it. It really helps, they spray in the flower beds and 10' into the woods.
