| She sounds fine. But it's good that you are aware of her behavior. Generally they wouldn't be playing, they seldom eat anything and they might shiver or shake with a sub normal temperature. The gums turn a grayish-blue. New puppies can also be stressed by lack of sleep and over-handling. They may refuse to eat because their food has changed or they don't know where the food is. Changes in the ambient temperature of the room that they are used to can also be the cause of stress. Of course, always know you can call your vet. They are there to help and answer questions. Doesn't hurt to be a little over protective at this young age (or any age for that matter). Remember to give her rest time, they are like a baby and need naps. www.simplyyorkies.com
