| Petie is craving hard cat food Okay, Petie got to the cat food before I could take it up.. He didn't eat much but enough to make him want more....He has been eating Pro Plan ever since he was weaned and now doesn't seem interested in his own food as much since then....The only good thing is that I have taught him to sit and say please all during this weekend by using little pieces of cat food as treats...Their so small and he is willing to do flips for them....In the mean time does anyone have a favorite dog food..I read the thread with the rated dog food and I'm thinking Dr. Foster&Smith..Anyone try his yorkie food or small dog food or puppy?? Maybe the cat food has junk in it. like a bigmac compared to a salad?? ____________________________________________ Kelly |

| My Chachi prefers the cat food too! I started buying Iams pouch dog food that has gravy in it and pouring the gravy over his food. Helps but he still goes after a little of the cats hard food.

| I would keep them away from the cat food it is not meant for puppies dogs will want to eat it just because its not for them.My Jack Russell did that when my cats were alive and the only reason why was because he did want the cats to eat it he wanted it and trust me a Jack Russell is not easily taken off cat food I ould stop it know because it will get worse.Just keep feeding the food that your little one was on and put all cat food up so they cant smell it. |
