| I put mine in ice-cube trays and freeze it 1T amounts. Then when I need it I take it out of the freezer. It thaws quick and the boys like it even if it is still frozen.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I put it in little zip lock sandwich baggie and freeze it. I would not keep it over a week in refrigerator.

| If I know I'm going to need it, I'll put a cube in a dish in the fridge overnight, and the next morning it is normally defrosted. I have put it in the microwave too (right from the freezer), and just make sure it's not hot before giving it to them. |

| I forgot to answer your question about how long it stays fresh. After I freeze the cubes, I put them in a ziplock freezer bag. They last a long time, but if it somehow looks freezer burnt, or if the bag isn't sealed all the way, I'll toss them. I always make sure I have at least 1 can in the cupboard just in case. |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | I also freeze mine in ice cube trays and then at night before bed, I put what I need in the refrigerator for the next day. I have never had a problem where they are not defrosted. When I am making a batch once frozen I will wrap them individually in foil. I do this with her canned food as well. This keeps them freezer burned free. They are also in freezer safe Ziplock bags, labeled/dated so I know what is what, and its shelf life. It makes it SOOO easy to grab one upwrap it and put it in the frige for the next day use!
