| Changes in Personality Hi everyone. I just wanted to see if anyone out there has had the same problem as I am now. Well, it might not really be a problem, I just over-think things sometimes. So, my little man just turned 3 this month. He is the sweetest boy ever and has such a great personality. He loves to cuddle and is a mama's boy, but say I'm sitting on the couch, a lot of times he'll go over and lay on his bed. But the last couple of weeks (I'd say 1 1/2 -2) he's been attached at our hips. Whenever we lay down, he has to be right on top of us or right next to us. While he does lay with us, it's getting a little obsessive now. He still has his same personality though and still plays and what not. Also, he lately has been getting absurdly obsessed with "human" food. My fiance and I rarely give them table scraps. Once a month if that, my dogs will get a small piece of meat, so it's not like it's because he gets fed all the time. My dogs eat Blue Buffalo food and he has been eating, I see him. it's just that when we eat he gets so obsessed he is staring and even starts shaking sometimes. It's worrying me and I'm wondering if he's missing something in his diet. I don't know, maybe I'm just over-thinking things as usual. But, if anybody can give me a little advice or what you think I would greatly appreciate it. thanks! - concerned mama |

| My yorkies are obsessed with human food too! lol I don't think I'd worry so much about him if all he's doing is shaking....small dogs in general tend to shake...and it doesn't always mean they are chilled. Sometimes if Tulips excited or anxious or scared she'll shake.. If he has other problems such as bowel problems, throwing up, weight loss, not eating at all..etc..then I'd become worried and have him checked out.. And as far as the attached at the hips goes...my Daizy has her moments where I can't leave the room without her..and other times she couldn't care less where I'm at....and sadly I haven't been able to use the restroom by myself in YEARS!!!! So being REALLY attached is common among yorkies!
