| Switching Food To Orijen or Acana....!!?? I have been feeding Riley Royal Canin since I got him. Have had no problems with it but have been reading some reviews and am thinking of switching him to Orijen or Acana. I found a couple of stores near me that sell both. [It also looks as though I can also get a 5lb bag for the price I am paying for a 2.5lb bag] What do your babies eat? Can anybody give me their reviews of Orijen and/or Acana or do you think I should just stick with Royal Canin? |

| I believe both Orijen and Acana are excellent products, and many, many Yorkies do very well on both. Depends on the dog. Maximo did not do as well on Acana. He never stopped gulping the kibble and he had difficulty pooping. We went back to Fromm, and now the boys are eating Go! Endurance formula. Most specialty shops have 1 pound trial bags of both Orijen and Acana if you want to try before you commit to a larger bag. |

| We just switched Juicy to Acana from Innova and she is in love with it. She seems to be doing great on it; her hair is looking better than ever and her stool is normal. When it was time for us to switch we went down to the dog store and bought trial size bags. From the three we bought Juicy loved Acana.

| I LOVE Acana and Orijen! Jackson VERY rarely has any stomach issues. Like, pretty much never. I always get compliments on his shiny coat. He's got great teeth. His poops are perfect. No stinky breath, no doggy smell, never any ear infections, he's at a great weight and in perfect shape. He also does really well on Go! Endurance.
