I think my baby is sick!
Hi. My Mindy is 6 months and she is shedding her baby teeth. For the past couple of days her stomach has the gurgles and her stool is drippy and smelly. Last night she spit up some yellow liquid. I haven't changed her food or treats! She also has been very tired lately even though I give her the Karo syrup. I'm about to make an appointment to have her spaying but what do I do until then?

Take her in to the vet for a check up. It's a good idea to have them checked out before any major surgery, like a spay. You can order blood work to check their liver and kidneys, and have peace of mind that your baby will be ok under anesthesia. The extra blood work is no guarantee, as accidents do happen with any surgery. But, if anything major is going on with your baby, it will detect it prior to it being a problem on the operating table.
As far as runny poop and yellow bile goes, that happens. It could be poor quality food, she was stressed or something else. The yellow bile has happened to a lot of us, it just means they had an empty stomach and really should have had something to eat. Really the only one that can give you a definitive answer is a vet. It's best to just take her in as soon as you can.

I would think there is no need at 6 months for routine administration of Karo syrup. Too much will actually overstimulate the pancreas to make more insulin than is needed, and actually cause the blood sugar to go even lower than it was before you gave the Karo syrup. This could be the reason why she is tired.
The tummy / stool issues could be caused by the teething, or it could be something else. I would take her in and have this checked out, you want to have any potential issues cleared away, if any, so that nothing gets in the way of the spay. You can get any remaining baby teeth removed during the spay, too, so when you are discussing the tummy issues with your vet, have him look at the teeth and give you his opinion if some might need pulling or how long you should wait for the spay to see if they will all fall out on their own.
The yellow liquid is bile. It usually indicates that your dog has gone too long without eating.
Life is merrier with a Yorkshire Terrier!
