Why is my yorkie puppy has so little hair, what to do? Comparing to other yorkie puppy, Tom seems has less hair....is there something wrong? And what to do if i want his hair to grow faster and thicker? http://i978.photobucket.com/albums/a...8/IMG_0374.jpg |
Tom is really cute. Personally, I think there's nothing wrong with him. His coat is a little short, that's all. If you want him to have a fuller coat, let his coat grow longer, feed him well, keep up with combing. I think he would have a thicker coat in time. JMHO. |
His coat will grow, don't worry about it, some yorkies, like my yorkie Bailey have slow growing coats, hey, it saves on groomer costs ;) |
He's super cute! There is nothing wrong with his coat. |
Not to worry your puppy has what is known as a slow growing silk coat. It will be beautiful when completely grown. A bit aggrivating because of the slow growing, but true silk and what is desired. |
He soooo cute! |
I love him; she is a handsome little man! I too, was like you when I got Khloe. She wasn't a fluffy little puppy like some of the others we went to look at. Even though it isn't the 'standard', I adore a cottony coat on a puppy. His coat will be beautiful! He is such a gem. Congrats on your gorgeous new addition! |

oh he'll be fine, my friends Yorkie was the same for her first year, but now her hair is thick with lots of waves and grows like mad |

Awwwwwwwwwww.. He is ADORABLE!!!! :) |
He's so cute, he looks just like my Zach. |
thanks for the reply guys |
Looks like Rizzo's coat, it's think and takes forever to grow, but it's so pretty :D |
Your baby is adorable! My Fancy's hair is the SAME way - thin and painfully slow growing... She is 2 years old I have *not* cut her hair in 2 years and it is no where near as long as I hoped it would be by now. :( |
