| Interesting video. I have heard and researched the commercial dog foods before and have found some of the same VERY disturbing information. We did have ours on Innova products until our oldest developed diabetes (had it before the switch to Innova) and they couldn't assist us with a food that would work with his condition so now he is on Science Diet. While still not a fan, at least it is formulated for his condition. I am sure that we could manage it with homeade meals but we don't have the education needed to devise the proper amount of food, blood sugar levels, reactions, etc now, but we are still looking into it. It might be interesting to order this, I'll discuss with the wife! |

| my dog developped ibd and couldnt tolerate any dog food. so i put her on homemade diet for few months and did lots of research to find a food that is closet to homecooking. i found aunt jeni's homemade dog food. it's made with natural, fresh, organic, human grade ingredients. it's balanced; has meat, veggies and nuts and ground bones for all vitamins and minerals. it's meant to be fed raw; but i cook it and add oatmeal to it sometimes. it's great and smells great; my dog has been doing great on it and loves it. no more vomiting or feeling sick. | While I do agree about reading labels and learning about dog nutrition, you do realize he is selling a book? He's not just giving information for free. |

| not sure if every wholefoods can order it. also there's a min when u place an order. i usually order 10 tubs of the 1lb; i feed the turkey and rabbit formulas since they are low in fat. believe me worth every penny and u wont regret it. u can cook it ; i usually boil it for 10 minutes; u can make patties or just scoop it out. to each 1lb tub i add 2 cups of oatmeal; that way the food will last longer and for added fiber. oat is also soothing on the stomach. but of course u can feed it however u want oh also their treats are awsome; they will send u samples. i bough the goat dogitos last time; dehydrated lungs; my dog loves them. the goat liver and ostrich medley is great too. once u try this food u can never go back to commercial dog food even high quality ones; dry kibbles is not what dogs are meant to eat. by the way u can email jeni she's the creator and nutritionist of this food and she will answer any questions u have. good luck.
