| Bleeding Stomach Ulcer I haven't been on YT for awhile. We have been through a lot with Miss Ruby lately. As you know she has Mast Cell Cancer and had been taking Neoplasene. Recently she started vomiting with and without blood and had diarrhea with blood. She has been to the vet several times in the last month and spent a night in the hospital. The thought is that she has stomach ulcers. Research says that 80% of dogs with mast cell tumors have bleeding stomach ulcers. So she is on two medicines, one to coat the stomach and one for diarrhea. She is on a bland diet of chicken and rice only. We go back next week for an endoscopy. I haven't had the guts to ask the vet what this means for her future because I'm scared of what she may tell me.

| Ruby is doing well right now. We took her for an ultrasound and they saw no evidence that it was a result of the cancer. We feed her chicken with rice, ground beef with rice and turkey with rice. We changed her dry food to Verus. So far everything is good. We pray it continues.

| i will keep praying for Ruby. Please include my Chiquita in your prayers. She is doing better. She is such a strong little girl. We started making her food as well. She doesnt like solid foods though, which makes her options very difficult. |
