| CET dental chews? Does anyone use these and if so how well do they work? My vet recommended them today for my girls along with their additive for the water bowl and tooth paste. Can their products be purchased in a store or only at the vet or online? I don't shop online. |

| They sell through vets only (can find them online...). Another vet near you probably stocks it if yours doesn't. Their water additive contains xylitol. Don't know how you feel about that... I don't like the idea at all. We use CET Vanilla-Mint toothpaste. The chews..I think those are the ones Marcel choked on (Ann almost lost him). But then, all bones carry risk.

| We use CET bones that we get from the vet. They used to have something similar at Petsmart. I like them, but I watch my babies and take the CET away when it gets close to the end. I don't want them to swallow the last little bit whole and choke. I never give them one without watching. |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I love the CET chews for their chemical dental properties...but Crystal is right, Marcel almost died a few months ago. I still can't believe he is actually here with me, and am so grateful. Anyway, though I loved the "petite" size for Marcel - I no longer buy that size at all. I give Mediums to all the dogs (and I get them in both dental types). The Mediums are way too big for Marcel's little mouth, but I know he is much safer with this size. I get mine on Amazon, or at Entirely Pets...depending upon price at the time.

| any chews can be dangerous and might cause digestive issues; no need for the water additive either as it has chemicals; just use the CET vanilla-mint toothpaste and brush teeth few times weekly.
