Poor Gypsy Gypsy (my four year old, spayed, female yorkie) had her yearly check up at the vets the afternoon-- some immunizations and her annal glands emptied. She normally doesn't have any reactions to her shots, but she is one UNHAPPY camper tonight. She is curled up on my bed, shivering. She got up to greet me when I came home this evening (I went out for dinner with a friend and she was home with my husband) but whenever she gets up, her tail is securly tucked between her legs. So sad. . . She IS a drama Queen but I don't recall her acting like this all of the other times she has been immunized. . .

You should call the vet - she might be having a bad reaction. When a furbaby shivers that means they are in pain. Please keep us posted

Thanks, I will. She shivers over EVERYTHING (loud noises, car rides, the site of suit cases. . . ) Anyways, I called my breeder (who is a good friend and was a vet in the Czech republic) and I have my vets' home #. Right now Gypse is just snuggled on my bed with her new toy (I always like when my husband buys me things when I am sick).

Awww poor baby Please keep me posted- I don't trust all of these vaccinations especially because our furbabies are so small- I'm glad she's snuggling with her momma. Feel better little Gypse
