| Low fat cream cheese, it's really good for hiding worm pills in too... I give him a glob and he loves it. I give him small amounts of meat too when we cook stuff. Harley loves ham... and in moderation he loves beef jerky too... There is this awsome shop down home that makes homemade beef jerky, and it's right next to the Harley Davidson store, they have a huge selection of dog toys, it's like heaven for Harley when we go. lol. I usually limit to chicken too, havne't really given much beef or pork when I cook. Harley loves kraft dinner, it's sad that it's so fattening, cause I'd love to let him have it, he usually gets a few pieces when I cook some, I'm almost tempted to make him his own dish of homemade stuff with low fat cheese, lol. What are your thoughts on the kraft dinner thing, I've had some people tell me it's ok and some people think it's too fattening.

Donating YT 4000 Club Member | I had heard that ham and bacon were no no's. We give pieces of shredded chicken, no skin. Frozen Green beans, carrots, cheerios. Scrambled egg. Bits of lowfat cheese. Just remember that snacks count as part of their daily diet. I recommend portioning out exactly what she can have each day and when the bowl is empty- snacks are done till tomorrow.

| I also agree with portioning. I only ever give snacks a few hours after breakfast and supper time, cause I want to assure he's eaten as much of his food as he needs before goodies come out.

| Ok so I was googling and found an article on human food for dogs... one of the things on the list was POPCORN! I choke on popcorn half the time, I see it as being a huge choking risk for our babies! Thoughts... here is the source 10 More "People" Food for Dogs | Modern Dog magazine - the best dog magazine ever
