| What's that noise??? My Bella is now about 12 weeks old. When we first got her, she made an occasional cough/gagging noise. I was told it was a typical "yorkie noise". Now she had a 2nd set of vaccine shots, and she has been making this sound all the time!! If she were a cat I would swear she was coughing up a fur ball!! Has anyone ever experienced that with their pup? Could it be kennel cough?? |

| Could be reverse sneezing. Take a look at this thread and view the videos: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...d-trachea.html

| I was just going to post and ask about this! Stormy's been doing this a lot today! I checked out all the videos and then the additional videos and am certain it is reverse sneezing. What causes it? Is it anything to worry about?

| Thanks for those videos! Bella seems to sound a little bit of both the cough and the sneeze the vet gave me a cough tablet to give her, but it knocks her out for hours! It breaks my heart to give it to her, so I only give it at night time. What is the sneezing all about? Could it be allergy or more like a cold? Does it need medication?? |
