| Yorkie will not eat any food! Suggestions please Hello everyone, I have a 12 wk old yorkie. Bella will not eat her own food. I have tried dry, dry and wet, only wet. she will not eat the dry. She licks the juice out of the wet food and leaves it. She only will our boxers food, which is adult food.....is that good for her? how do I get her to eat? |

| If she will only eat wet food, you might want to try raw medallions or a food that is wet such at The Honest Kitchen. These are much better for her than standard dry anyway.....

| Where do you get those? I have tried cesar, natural choice wet food and she will only lick the juices and then she leaves the rest and then our boxer eats it. Then she goes after his food. |

| I had this problem when Laci as a pup and got a few great little tips here, one was adding a little parmasian cheese by sprinkling it to the top, or you can mix a little organic fat free chicken broth to it. ( this is available at most stores) and if all else fails try some stonybrook yogurt ( organic) plain to it. I also used to add a little boiled chicken and rice. Also Merricks makes a dry food " puppy plate" , you can serve it wet or add water and it makes its own gravy! hope this helps out with a few little tricks, one just may work

www.doggiefood.com has good prices on the honest kitchen but you can always find a deal - however it is on the high end of the food scale. (health and price wise) check for their promo codes it lasts longer than you think because it is dehydrated. and it is organic people tastes as well

| it is a very personal choice finding the food your dog will like. I wish the companies would give (sell) sample sizes so we did not have to spend big bucks to find what our babies like.
