another ? about food hi everyone, I have 2 yorkies one 3.4 pounds one almost 10, the 10 pounder shaffer has been with me since he was a puppy he is 6 now, has always eater taste of the wild, and evo cans or stella and chewy dry thingers with a smattering of some table food ie chicken carrtots veggies and the like and treats that I buy online that he loves from jjfuds, he is a bit on the chubby side but we are working on it. Cooper is now 2 jus got fixed and dental done and i have had him about 2 weeks, he was not fed very well, old owner said purina 1, beniful, store brand or anythong onsale, I gave him taste of the wild no go, and bought countless other bags he doesnt like, he lik the nutro senior but its junk so I dont want to feed him that. I spent over 400.00 the last few weeks tryin to find a dry they both like also some other things bought, anyway i got a sample of the ziwi peak both my dogs love it, and shared the small sample but there is no directions of feeding guide on the sample, do people who feed ziwi the air dry one just use that or do you feed dry as well. today i bought avoderm dry small breed ,,, earthborn holistic, stella and chewy, 5 different dehydrated raws from addiction, honest kitchen dey raw, origen dry 6 fish formula, chicken soup for the soul, canidae, grain free, holistic select, life stages performatrin, , i have tried about 10 others that neither one likes. any thoughts will be appreciated.

Yikes that's a lot of food! Does your pet store take returns on food? Some of them will accept opened bags. It seems you've tried a lot of foods with no luck. I guess he's gotten used to the taste of the junk foods and prefers those. Have you tried mixing the food with a bit of plain yogurt or cheese? I suggest this to everyone, I know, but I had issues with getting my dog to eat higher quality food and mixing it with those helped. Now she will eat her food normally without adding anything to it.

thanks for the reply, they do return the food I did return one bag of the 20 some I bought and they made me feel badly so I donated the bags they didnt like to the shelter, I did find they both like stella and chewy and ziwi peak, but i still want to find a dry kibble they both like. I guess i can just feed teh stella and the ziwi but i would rather get a kibble also. I tried yogurt, neither one like it, Cheese they both like but eat only the cheese my one dog dumps the bowl and finds the cheese lol. I dont like the idea of RAW RAW it just not for me, the freeze dried or air dried is fine. Is it ok to just feed the stella and chewy and ziwi, and no dry???? I just had both of my dogs teeth cleaned, cooper is only 2 his were a mess, shaffer was 6 andit was his 1st time he needed it because i brush his teeth daily, started to use the proden plaque off, I use the cet tooth paste and the dental chews.
